IntoTheMail ("we", "us") is operated by Elevated Pixels LLC. IntoTheMail lets an AI agent, on your instruction, print and mail letters and photo postcards to US addresses. This policy explains what we receive, why, and what we do with it.
When your agent asks IntoTheMail to send something, we receive only what is needed to fulfil that order: the recipient's name and mailing address, your return address, the content to be printed (letter text, PDF, image URL, postcard message), the delivery options you chose, and an order reference. We do not receive your email inbox, calendar, contacts, chat history, Meta identity, or any credentials. For address verification we receive only the address being checked.
Each order has a private access key generated when it is created. Order status, previews and cancellation require that key, so anyone with only an order number cannot view or change the order. We store a verification hash and protect access-key generation with a server secret. Treat private preview and order links like passwords.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive a payment confirmation and an order reference; we never see or store card numbers. Stripe's privacy policy governs payment data.
To print and mail your order through our fulfilment partners (currently Lob, Inc. and its print network), to verify addresses, to show you order status and USPS tracking, to process cancellations and refunds, and to provide support. Order contents are transmitted to the fulfilment partner solely to produce the physical piece.
Order records (addresses, options, status, tracking) are deleted approximately 24 months after completion unless an unresolved payment or support issue requires retention. Printed content (letter text, images, postcard messages) is automatically deleted from our systems by a scheduled job after a 30-day retention window following the time our system records that an order reaches a final state (delivered, returned, cancelled, expired or failed). Fulfilment partners retain data under their own policies.
We share data only with the fulfilment partner producing your order, Stripe for payment, USPS for delivery, and infrastructure providers (hosting, database) that process it on our behalf. We do not sell personal information and we do not use order contents for advertising or model training.
You may request cancellation; whether it succeeds depends on the printer’s processing stage. To request deletion of order records or ask any privacy question, email support@intothemail.com. California residents may exercise CCPA rights through the same address.
IntoTheMail is for adults 18+. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
