Effective September 19, 2026
These terms govern use of IntoTheMail, operated by Elevated Pixels LLC ("IntoTheMail", "we"). By placing an order through an AI agent or otherwise, you agree to them.
IntoTheMail prints and mails letters and photo postcards to addresses in the United States via USPS, using third-party print and mail partners. Delivery estimates are estimates; USPS controls actual delivery. Certified Mail and return receipts are USPS services and their records are USPS records.
An order is placed when payment is completed through Stripe Checkout. Prices are shown before payment and include printing and postage. Nothing is printed or mailed until payment is confirmed.
You may request cancellation. If the printer accepts the cancellation, we request a full refund. Estimated cancellation cutoffs are not guarantees; processing may make cancellation unavailable. Refund status is shown separately from cancellation status. If we fail to mail an order, or it is returned due to our printing error, we will re-send it or refund it. We are not responsible for delays, loss or non-delivery by USPS, or for addresses that were verified but are nonetheless undeliverable.
You are responsible for what you send and for having the right to send it. You may not use IntoTheMail to send anything unlawful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, fraudulent, or deceptive; to impersonate any person, government agency or business; to send unsolicited commercial mail; or to send content that infringes others' rights. We may refuse, cancel and refund any order and may report unlawful use. IntoTheMail requires a return address on every piece.
You confirm the recipient address and content before payment. Address verification reduces but does not eliminate errors; a piece mailed to the address you approved is deemed fulfilled.
When you use IntoTheMail through an AI agent (such as Meta Muse), the agent acts on your instructions. You are responsible for orders placed by an agent you have authorized. Your agreement with the agent provider governs the agent.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IntoTheMail's total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. IntoTheMail is provided "as is" without warranties beyond those stated here. IntoTheMail is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice; Certified Mail proof may or may not satisfy a particular legal requirement.
Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle your information.
