Where can I send mail?
The current service supports US mailing addresses. You’ll need a recipient address and a sender return address.
When will it arrive?
Current estimates are 3–5 business days for standard letters, 3–6 for certified letters, and 4–7 for postcards. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Before paying, return to the order form to correct any details. After payment, cancellation depends on whether the printer can still stop the job. An accepted cancellation starts a refund; your order page shows its status.
What does Certified Mail include?
USPS tracking and proof of mailing. You can add electronic return receipt service for a signature record. IntoTheMail provides the tracking link; signature records are handled by USPS.
